Instructions

Cover dough with a warm piece of cloth and let it rise. Put olive oil in a small plate. Rub some olive oil on your hands and cut dough into pieces. Stretch the pieces of dough into long thin strips and fry in hot olive oil until golden brown. Serve with cheese, honey or petimezi.

• Bread dough

• Olive oil

 

Ingredients for the bread dough:


• ½ kg flour

• 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil

• dry or fresh yeast

• salt

• water, as needed so that dough can be easily kneaded and is not sticky
