Instructions
Sauté the garlic cloves with a little olive oil. Then add the olives and mushrooms. Sauté the ingredients for a few minutes and add the chicken cut into portions. Add the salt, pepper and oregano and sauté until golden brown. Reduce heat, add the wine and cook until it evaporates. Finally, add the water and boil for about half an hour.
