Instructions
Boil water, add the salt and corn flour and stir constantly for 8 minutes. Then turn off the heat. Add the olive oil, the raisins, the figs and nuts and stir for 2 more minutes. Pour the mixture evenly into four dinner plates and sprinkle the sesame seeds on top, covering the whole surface. Finally add the petimezi. The dish can be served either warm or cold.
