INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the stems from the figs. Put the water and sugar into a pot and bring them to boil. Lower heat and add the figs and lemon juice. You can cut in half 2-3 figs so that they give their seeds. Let the mixture simmer until it thickens (measurement with a jam/confectionery thermometer 1050C). Add the raisins, pine nuts, cinnamon and let them boil for 5 minutes. Once it cools, pour the sweet into sterilized jars.
