Instructions
Peel onions and boil in salted water for about 10 minutes. Strain and sauté the onions, in small batches, in a pot or a frying pan with hot olive oil. Wash the meat and sauté in the same oil used for the onions until browned on both sides. Put the meat in a saucepan, and add the onions and the rest of the ingredients on top. Put as much water as to cover all the ingredients in the pot and braise over low heat for 2-3 hours.

Goat meat contains high biological value protein, complex B vitamins, iron, zinc, and selenium. Beef contains high biological value protein, complex B vitamins, iron, zinc, selenium, magnesium, and B12 vitamin. However, beef is also a source of saturated fat and cholesterol.
