Grouper fish soup with sea greens

Method
Cut the potatoes into cubes, dice the carrots and cut the celery and onions into large pieces. Place them in a pan and put the fish on top. Cover with water. Season with salt and olive oil and cook for about 45 minutes. Season with lemon and pepper and serve.
