INSTRUCTIONS
Put the grape must and flour into a large pot and cook over medium heat until they become creamy, stirring constantly and well to prevent the mixture from sticking to the pot and curdling. The best way to avoid the curdling of the mixture is to whip the ingredients with a hand mixer before putting them on the fire. Then remove from heat and add the crushed walnuts. Serve in individual bowls on which you have sprinkled some cinnamon and ground walnuts. Sprinkle cinnamon and walnuts on the top and let it cool. The must should be cleaned with ash and boiled for 20 minutes to sweeten.
