Cut the fish in small cubes and marinate in the acidic ingredients and salt for 3 minutes. Chop the vegetables in the desired size and use them to garnish the plate once you have served the fish.
This recipe follows the philosophy of Peruvian cuisine and the so-called ceviche, similar to our marinated recipes.
It is a healthy and very nutritious dish.
