Egg Bread

Instructions:

Heat well olive oil in a frying pan. In a deep plate beat the eggs, adding salt and pepper. Soak bread slices in the egg mixture and then fry for a few minutes until golden brown on both sides. Place bread slices on a dish and sprinkle with myzithra. Serve warm.
