Pour cold milk and flour into a saucepan. Dissolve well the flour so it does not form small lumps. Stir well with a wooden spoon over low heat. After mixture comes to a boil and becomes pourable, remove from heat and let it stand to cool. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the mixture. Add butter, salt and sugar. Line a baking pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture and bake at 200 o C for 45 min until golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool. Cut the pie into slices and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
The traditional milk pie is rich in complex carbohydrates, fiber, many vitamins and minerals. Milk is a source of calcium.
