Instructions

In a mixing bowl combine ingredients and make a very thin batter. If needed, adjust milk or flour accordingly. Flour and grease lightly a baking dish and pour batter, 2 cm thick. Pour on top some olive oil and bake in a pre-heated oven for about 45 minutes or until top is crispy and golden brown.

 

Nutritional value

Zucchini or naked pie is high in complex carbohydrates, fiber, a number of vitamins, such as B-complex vitamins, and trace elements, such as manganese. Zucchini, the main ingredient, increases the antioxidant value of this dish.

  • 1 kg zucchini, grated and well strained
  • 2 cups of hard wheat flour
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g of grated feta cheese
